— 1/2 yd cotton flannel (shown: brown crosshatch print)
— 16" × 16" piece of scrap flannel
— Enough scraps of assorted felted wools to make twenty-five tiles, each at least 1 1/2" × 1 1/2" (shown: brown, red, orange, and gold)

OTHER SUPPLIES
— 16" × 16" pillow form
— Rotary cutter, rigid acrylic ruler, and self-healing mat
— Coordinating sewing thread
— Contrasting machine-quilting thread (shown: ecru)
— Embroidery floss in colors to coordinate with felted wools
