Auto-Ship Program

What is the Auto-Ship Program?

The Auto-Ship Program is a great way for customers to receive some of our popular magazines, such as Knitscene, Stitch, and Studios.No more having to search for them at the store or trying to remember to go online for a new issue every few months.

Auto-Ship is an issue by issue program that works like a subscription but instead of paying for a limited subscription term up front, you pay for each issue as it is published and the programs continues until you choose to cancel. You will receive free shipping for the United States and Canada. International orders have a $5.00 shipping charge.

How does Auto-Ship work? Why a $0.99 fee?

To set up Auto-Ship Program, we ask that you pay a $0.99 membership fee. The $0.99 ensures the credit card you would like to use for the program is valid. We accept credit card payments only for the auto-ship program. No PayPal or personal checks are accepted.

When a new issue arrives in our warehouse, we’ll process your order and initiate the transaction on your credit card. If for any reason your credit card fails authorization, we will notify you and work to re-enroll you free of charge.

What is the benefit of enrolling in Auto-Ship?

The Auto-Ship Program can save you time, money, and you will receive the issues faster. Instead of ordering each issue separately or trying to find it in on a magazine shelf in the store, Auto-Ship customers receive each issuebefore the newsstand date. When you enroll in Auto-Ship, you will not have to worry about missing an issue.

When a new issue for the publication is released, we will automatically charge the credit card you have on file and send the new issue to you. Auto-Ship also includes special issues available like Stitch Gifts and Knitscene Accessories.

Customers using the Auto-Ship Program save on shipping costs with free shipping in the US and to Canada. International shipping is only $5.00 charge for International customers.Plus, we offer a discount off the newsstand price for Stitch and Studios.

What publications are available?

Currently, there are three publications available for the Auto-Ship program; Knitscene, Stitch and Studios. Stitch and Studios are available for $12.50 per issue and Knitscene is $7.99 per issue.

What payment options are available for Auto-Ship subscriptions?

We accept only credit card payments only for the auto-ship program. PayPal and personal checks are not accepted.

When will I receive my next issue?

Each magazine is published 4 times per year with special issues available, when applicable.Each individual magazine title has its own production schedule.

After your credit card is charged, You should receive your magazine within 3-7 business days for the US and 1-2 weeks. For International subscriptions, it may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Knitscene

Knitscene is published quarterly. You will receive issues in January (Spring) and April (Summer), July (Fall), October (Winter), and the special issue Knitscene Accessories in May.

Shipping will be via standard delivery service. Priority mail is not available and the magazine cannot be combined with other items, except for the first shipment. The special shipping rate only applies to future issues ofKnitscene sent as part of the Auto-Ship program and does not apply to any other store orders.

Stitch

Stitch is published quarterly. You will receive issues in January (Spring), April (Summer), July (Fall), andSeptember (Winter), as well as Stitch Gifts in November!

Shipping will be via standard delivery service. Priority mail is not available and the magazine cannot be combined with other items, except for the first shipment. The special shipping rate only applies to future issues of Stitch sent as part of the Auto-Ship program and does not apply to any other store orders.

Studios

Studios is published quarterly. You will receive issues in February (Spring), May (Summer), August (Fall), and November (Winter).

Shipping will be via standard delivery service. Priority mail is not available and the magazine cannot be combined with other items, except for the first shipment. The special shipping rate only applies to future issues of Studios sent as part of the Auto-Ship program and does not apply to any other store orders.

How do I cancel an Auto-Ship Program?

You can cancel an Auto-Ship Program at any time by contacting Interweave Customer Service.

You can do so by email using our contact form or by phone at 1-866-949-1646 ext 495.Interweave Customer Service is available Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST.

If contacting us via email, please include your name, mailing address, and the Auto-Ship magazine you would like cancelled.

Auto-Ship Program cancellation will be effective before the next Auto-Ship issue is shipped out.

How do I change my mailing address?

To make any address changes to your Auto-Ship Program, you will need to contact us directly. Please fill out our contact form or call us at 1-866-949-1646 ext 495.

Address changes that you make after logging in to your Interweave Store account will apply only to future orders and will not update your current Auto-Ship Program.

How do I update my payment information?

To update credit card information, for security reasons, we ask that you call Interweave Customer Support at 866-949-1646 ext. 495.

Please note that updating your credit card information on your Interweave Store account will not automatically update your Auto-Ship Program.We must have customer consent before using a new credit card for the Auto-Ship Program.

What should I do if I miss an issue?

If you do not receive the current issue of your Auto-Ship Program, please contact us by filling out our contact form. You may also call us at 1-866-949-1646 ext 495. Interweave Customer Service is available Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST.

What should I do if I receive an e-mail that my Auto-Ship Program has been cancelled?

If we are unable to process the charge for the current issue to your credit card, your Auto-Ship Program will be automatically cancelled. You can either re-enroll by signing up again through our web site (the .99 fee will be charged again) or you can call Interweave Customer Support at 866-949-1646 ext. 495 to update your payment information and restart the program.
