Order Information

What is the status of my order?

When your order ships you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from CUSTOMERSERVICE@FWMEDIA.COM detailing your shipment(s). Items ship from multiple warehouses so you may receive multiple emails and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Once your order has shipped you may track your order using the Tracking Number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Please note tracking and status information is no longer available through your Interweave Store account.  Reference your Shipment Confirmation email for tracking information or contact customer support.

How do I track my order?

United States Customers:

Track orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

1. Locate your tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. The number is labeled Tracking No.

2. Go to USPS.com.com and input your tracking number

Track orders shipped via FedEx:

1. Locate your tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. The number is labeled Tracking No.

2. Go to FedEx.com and input your tracking number

International Customers:

My order never arrived.

How do I cancel my order?

Your online order is submitted immediately to our warehouse for fulfillment. We are therefore unable to cancel or change your online order once it is submitted. 

Do you sell gift certificates?

Interweave Press does not offer gift certificates at this time. To order gift subscriptions to magazines, visit the Subscriptions page, click on the magazine you would like to give as a gift, and then click the Gift Subscription link.

When will I receive a back ordered item?

The product description page for a book that is temporarily out of stock will show an availability date.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, after you submit your order, a confirmation page will display the details of your order. We recommend that you print this page. An electronic confirmation will also be sent to the email address associated with your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following debit /credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do I have to make a purchase online?

If you prefer, we also accept orders by telephone and mail with the exception of electronic product which must be purchased online. Please contact our customer support department or call us at1-866-949-1646 ext.495. We are available 8a-5p Monday-Friday (MST).

Will state sales tax or GST be charged?

The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.  Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers.
